Anita Fernandes is the Principal of Crossing Cultures, part of the Relocation Specialists Group. She has worked in the relocation industry since 1993, having owned and managed her own business in Singapore and Malaysia, subsequently returning to Sydney where she was involved in the management of two well respected Australian relocation companies before joining Relocation Specialists in January 2001. Prior to this IBM employed Anita for 12 years working in various senior professional and management roles in Australia and the USA. She traveled to Asia for business reasons extensively during this period.

Anita, who is Sydney based, manages the group of qualified trainers and researchers who develop and conduct cross cultural training, business coaching and mentoring programs for a variety of corporate clients across Australia. Anita has been a regular speaker at conferences and is member of the Relocation Network and the Employee Relocation Council (ERC).
