A one on one program designed to maximise effectiveness of managers and executives working in new or multi culture environments. We build on existing strengths of the participant and provide tools to enable the participant to contribute effectively to the whole organisation with increased understanding of the different communication styles, values and behaviour of other cultures. This program is designed to be run over several sessions as required.
Program Outcomes:
- Acquire information about the target culture (s) so that the participant can identify cultural differences between their culture and that of their team members.
- Apply culture sensitive communication skills to strengthen individuals opportunity to reach business objectives for themselves and their team.
- Address any particular and specific issues being faced by the participant and the organisation in the cross cultural context
