- Common problems and ways to address them, including obligations for superannuation/pension, leave accrual, etc.
- The Long Arm of the Law – when does the Fair Work Act, and the Fair Work Ombudsman – have coverage over expatriate employees and others.
- Current Reforms to legislation aimed at overseas workers – an update on reforms recently made and/or proposed by Government .
