How can we handle Demobilisations and Redundancies of expatriates more effectively? What do we need to consider ahead of time that will help to overcome the challenges faced due to lack of planning and communication within the business. What steps should be followed ahead of time that will make for a smoother and less traumatic experience for the employee or contractor. Our speaker and panel will share their knowledge and experiences in this complex and challenging area of mobility management.

Speaker/Facilitator: Margaret Nielsen – Director, Kelsen HR

Bio: Margaret has extensive experience in HR within a broad range of industries, predominantly oil and gas, mining and construction. This has seen her work as both a generalist and specialist in all facets of HR within Australia and abroad (living and working in West Africa and the United Kingdom) as a consultant and Executive Manager. Her work has spanned the globe (20 countries over 5 continents) and covered all labour classifications; including in-country nationals, third party contractors, international assignees, secondees, executives and executive/non-executive directors.
